someone you love

Sometimes, when people decide to leave you for good
 you have to let them. 
No matter how much you don't want them to.
There are some things that are far beyond our control.
Even if you have the strength to fight for them,
you have to accept the cold harsh truth -
-the people that you can't live without, can live without you-

I'm still the same and I'm still holding on

just keeping it real

I'm only me.
That is all I can be.
No more, no less, don't second guess.
I love, I live, I laugh, I cry.
Some days I'm funny. Others  I'm not.
Sometimes I'm in overdrive and I can't stop.
You may not like me.
but that's okay because this is me and how I'll stay.
